v0.3 UI & Colors Update!

This version has an updated menu UI, (hopefully) making it easier to find the setting you are looking for! These menus include:

• Welcome
• General
• Bindings
• Screens
• Colors
• Quit

The names of these menus should be pretty self-explanatory. A new feature added with the new UI is the Colors menu! You can change the color of the handheld, including the buttons and text, using the sliders or preset values. Like with bindings, you can even save and load your colors!
